Wonder-Powered You Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo-based hospitality operator and concept developer with a mission of unleashing untapped potential and empowering local communities.
Founded in 2015, we develop and operate hotels, F&B spaces, artist residences, galleries, and community venues across Japan — with projects spanning Tokyo, Okinawa, Hakone, and more on the way.
What makes us different is our starting point.
Most hospitality operators begin with a building type and fill it with a standard program. We begin with people — the latent passions, creative energy, and cultural identity already present in a place — and build concepts around those. The result is destinations that guests return to not just for comfort, but for meaning.
We call this approach The Home for Wonder People: spaces where anyone with curiosity and drive feels genuinely at home, and where the surrounding community benefits as much as the guest does.
We work with:

Property owners and landowners with underutilized assets
Real estate developers seeking differentiated hospitality concepts
Regional municipalities and tourism bodies exploring anchor development
Investors evaluating hospitality-led mixed-use projects in Japan

Our capabilities include:

Hotel and hospitality concept development
Feasibility research and investor-facing analysis
F&B, gallery, Artist in Residence, and mixed-use programming
Regional tourism strategy and market positioning
Brand development for hospitality assets

If you own a property with potential you haven't been able to unlock — or are developing in a region where hospitality could anchor broader value — we'd like to talk.
