Ercan K.

Ercan K.'s work experience begins in 1984 at Yanmar San. Tic. A.ş., where they worked as a Project Engineer, responsible for planning, designing, and applying fire alarm and security control systems. Ercan also handled marketing, customer relations, and maintenance.

In 1986, Ercan became an R&D Officer at the Ministry of Defence, where they served for a year before moving on to join Beko Elektronik. From 1987 to 2005, they worked at Beko Elektronik as the R&D Director. In this role, they directed various managers, managed initiatives to shorten product time to market, and led a top management team.

Starting in 2006, Ercan worked at TÜBİTAK Marmara Araştırma Merkezi, where they held multiple positions including Contract Management Manager and Strategic Planning Manager. In these roles, they coordinated and executed strategic plans and performance plan activities, managed technology and R&D projects, and handled contract management.

From 2012 to 2017, Ercan served as the Plant Manager at VLE Elektronik Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş., where they coordinated and executed all manufacturing activities, led technological advancements, and managed personnel.

Ercan's most recent position, starting in 2023, is as a Linguistic Analyst at Wonderflow.
