Wonderlodge is a boutique short term rental management and hospitality brand operating nationally with roots in the Texas Hill Country.

Founded by Jennifer and David Della Santa, Wonderlodge was built on a simple belief — that exceptional design, intentional staging, and a genuine obsession with the guest experience is what separates a top performing vacation rental from an average one.

With over a decade as Superhosts and 200+ five star reviews across our portfolio, we bring a level of care and expertise to every property we manage that most management companies simply can't match. We don't take everything that comes our way. We choose properties with real character and treat every single one like it has our name on it. Because it does.

Our proof point: we took a Wimberley riverfront property from $150,000 to $260,000 in annual revenue in one year. Same home. Same market. Completely different results. The difference was professional lifestyle photography, intentional staging, active revenue management, and a guest experience standard that most management companies simply don't deliver.

We offer two programs for property owners:
Our Full Service Program is completely hands off — we handle everything including on-site coordination, professional lifestyle photography and staging at launch, revenue management, guest communication, and direct booking.

Our Partner Program is designed for STR owners nationwide who want professional management without giving up a large portion of their revenue. At just 13% plus a flat monthly systems fee — versus the 20%+ most companies charge — it's a meaningful difference.
If you own a short term rental property and want a boutique management partner who actually cares about your home and your results — we'd love to connect.

Design. Host. Grow.
