Adi Sofer

Adi Sofer began their career in 2009 as a Sales Representative for High Q, where they were later promoted to Deputy Branch Manager and then Branch Manager. In 2013, they joined see.V as an Account Manager, and in 2015 they moved to Woo.io, where they held the roles of Director of Business Operations, Head of Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager. As Head of Customer Success, Adi was responsible for ownership of the full customer journey, building and executing the Customer Success strategy and work plans, and managing and mentoring a group of Customer Success Managers. As Customer Success Manager, they were responsible for managing clients' accounts, providing training and guidelines, and gathering clients' information.

Adi Sofer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Open University, Israel between 2010 and 2014.
