Alan Riberio

Alan Riberio is a Managing Director at Accenture Canada, where he leads Accenture’s client portfolio across Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Industrial, Life Sciences, and Transportation. With more than 30 years of management and technology consulting experience, he has guided both private and public sector organizations through complex transformations. His public sector work spans higher education, immigration, social services, child welfare, and digital government, where he has helped design and implement technology-enabled solutions that improve service delivery and outcomes for citizens.

Earlier in his career, Alan led large-scale modernization initiatives for government agencies, including integrated information systems supporting social programs and digital services. He has lived in East York with his wife and family for over 15 years and is committed to the community he calls home. His personal focus on employment, housing, mental health, education, and newcomer support reflects his belief in building opportunity and inclusion for all.
