Chris B. is the Executive UX Research Director and co-founder of Woods Creative, a consultancy specializing in UX research and design. Prior to Woods Creative, Chris held various roles at companies including Bose, DigitasLBi North America, and CONCORD EVALUATION GROUP, INC, where Chris led UX practices and developed digital experiences for a wide range of clients. Chris has a BA in History, American Politics, and Education Policy from Wheaton College Massachusetts, and an MS in Communication Theory from Clark University.
