Karrie Bem

Karrie Bem currently serves as the EVP, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Woodward, Inc. Having previously held various legal positions at Lockheed Martin, including General Counsel for Space Supply Chain & International, Karrie’s extensive experience spans multiple roles in national security, contracting, and compliance. Karrie also served as a Contracting Officer in the Active Duty U.S. Air Force and continues to serve in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. Karrie is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of Denver and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy.
