Matt Rhoades

Matt Rhoades is a retired professional with over 33 years of experience in the aerospace industry, specializing in engineering and technical management since 1994. They have managed a diverse range of engineering personnel, including Six Sigma Black Belts, and possess significant experience in the design and development of OEM hardware for aviation turbine engines. Recently, they served as an R&D Senior Staff Engineer at Woodward, Inc. on a part-time basis, and have also been active as an engineering mentor for Rockford Robotics/Saranac Robotics from 2008 to 2018, focusing on mechanical engineering aspects of various projects. Matt holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
