Simon Chen

Simon Chen has extensive experience in the supply chain industry. Simon began their career in 1997 at Panasonic as a Supply Chain Supervisor. In 1999, they joined Bosch China as a Regional Supply Chain Manager, where they worked until 2004. During their time at Bosch China, Simon played a key role in managing the supply chain operations in the region. In 2004, they joined Woodward, Inc. as the Asia sourcing director & site leader. Simon then progressed to the position of Corporate Director Global Supply Chain-Asia in May 2020, where they continue to excel in managing the company's global supply chain operations in the Asian market. Simon Chen's work experience demonstrates their expertise and leadership in the supply chain field.

Simon Chen has a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Business Management from Soochow University (CN), which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Simon then pursued an MBA in Business Management at Tongji University between 2002 and 2004. Simon later completed an Executive Development Program in Executive Leadership at Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2006 to 2008. Lastly, they attended Harvard University in 2014 and 2015, where they earned a degree called GMP in the field of GMP.
