Steve Case

Steve Case is an accomplished Continuous Improvement Manager at Woodward, Inc. since July 2017, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles at Caterpillar Inc. where duties ranged from Lean Manufacturing Project Manager to Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor. At Caterpillar, notable contributions included developing global assembly strategies and leading the design of assembly lines across multiple countries. Steve also played a significant role in creating the Caterpillar Production System, applying Six Sigma methodologies, and training employees on Lean Manufacturing principles. With a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering focused on Lean Manufacturing from Michigan Technological University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Steve has a solid educational foundation complemented by extensive hands-on and leadership experience in engineering and manufacturing settings.
