Steve Ness

Steve Ness is the Director of Engineering at Woodward, Inc., where they lead multi-discipline engineering teams in the development and production of aviation and aerospace electronic products. Previously, Steve held various positions at Woodward, including Master Black Belt for New Product Introduction and Engineering Manager for Aerospace Electronics, focusing on continuous improvement and high-quality design standards. Steve has also worked as a Senior Electronics Engineer at Merkle Korff Industries and an Electronics Engineer at Saia-Burgess Electronics. They earned their degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
