Thomas Smith

Thomas Smith, MBA, is an innovative and motivated engineering leader currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Woodward, Inc. since 2025. Smith also founded DreamSpace Engineering Consulting, where they provide high-quality engineering design, simulation, and prototyping services. They hold a BSME and MSME from California State University Northridge, graduating in 2013 and 2018 respectively, and completed an MBA at Pepperdine University in 2023. Prior to their current roles, Smith held various engineering positions, including Engineering Manager at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company and Mechanical Engineer at several firms, including ITT Inc. and Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions.
