Duane Stiller is the Founder and CEO of Woolbright Development, a position held since the company's inception in 1985, emphasizing industry knowledge, personal service, and innovation in enhancing Florida’s communities. Stiller served as Chairman of the Engineering College Council at Cornell University from 2009 to 2013, where guidance was provided to Dean Lance Collins. Additionally, Stiller contributed as a Visiting Professor for the Baker Program in Real Estate, teaching Retail Real Estate Development. Prior to founding Woolbright, Stiller was the Director of Property Management at Travelers Asset Management International Corporation from 1985 to 1987, overseeing a diverse US portfolio. Stiller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, completed in 1984.
