Prior to this, Soraya was Executive Vice President at Woolbright Development from 2009 to 2013, focusing on asset acquisition, disposition, financing, underwriting, valuation, and investor/lender relations. Soraya's career began as an Analyst at Sterling Companies from 1994 to 2009 and as an Associate at Prudential Securities from 1993 to 1995. Soraya earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management Science from the State University of New York Cortland from 1989 to 1993.
