Wendy Krepak

Wendy Krepak is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in site selection, franchise concepts, and office and retail leasing and sales throughout Florida. Currently serving as a Sales and Leasing Associate at Woolbright Development since May 2017 and as a Managing Partner at NewWave Commercial Real Estate since August 2016, Wendy is also a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker. In addition to real estate, Wendy is the Creator and Owner of Card Cubby LLC, a product that has gained recognition through features on major media outlets including Good Morning America and QVC. Wendy Krepak holds a degree from Arizona State University.
