Jeff Ma has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Jeff began their career at M&C Saatchi as a Business Director, where they handled operations, business development, and client portfolios. Jeff then moved on to Ogilvy & Mather as a Managing Director. After that, they joined TBWA\Worldwide as the Chief Marketing Officer and later became the Managing Director, overseeing operations and key clients. Jeff then worked at Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd as the Deputy General Manager of Brand Management. Their most recent role was at The Woolmark Company, where they held multiple positions, including Marketing Vice President and Marketing EVP, Greater China & Developing Markets Asia. Throughout their career, Jeff has been instrumental in transforming marketing strategies, expanding networks, and achieving growth.

Jeff Ma attended Washington University in St. Louis from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree.
