Sam Moffat

Sam Moffat, GISP, currently serves as Program Director at Woolpert since November 2012. Prior to this role, Moffat held positions at Fugro as Regional Manager and at Tennessee Geographic Information as Program Manager. Earlier experience includes working as a System Analyst at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and as a GIS Analyst at Pacific Meridian Resources. Moffat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography and History from Samford University, completing studies between 1990 and 1994.
