Alison Burkey

Alison Burkey, MPA, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in community outreach, client success, and project management. Currently serving as Proposal Coordinator II at Woolpert, the leading architecture, engineering, and geospatial firm in the U.S., Alison previously excelled as a Client Success Manager/Project Manager at Emissary.io, where responsibilities included guiding customers to maximize product value and managing stakeholder communications. As the Director of Community Outreach at The Riley Center for Livable Communities, Alison successfully oversaw operations and maintained relationships with over 500 clients, while earlier roles included project management and research assistance related to economic and community development. With extensive experience in management, including a managerial role in the food service industry, Alison holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the College of Charleston.
