Amber Zerger

Amber Zerger, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Woolpert, having transitioned to this role in November 2024. Prior to Woolpert, Amber held multiple positions at Edgile, including Senior Operations Manager, where responsibilities included executing strategic initiatives for resource demand planning and overseeing a team of consultants and recruiting operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Business Efficiencies at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, where Amber led change management initiatives, and as Compliance Manager, overseeing compliance for multiple centers. Career beginnings at Workforce Solutions focused on career counseling and customer engagement. Amber holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
