Bill Kienzle

Bill Kienzle is a Senior Systems Analyst and Implementation Consultant at Woolpert, where employment began in August 2016. Prior experience includes extensive roles at RJN Group Inc from August 1988 to July 2016, including Project Manager for the Cityworks GIS-centric Software Implementation, and several other positions such as Sr. Software Developer & IT Analyst, Manager of Development for CASS WORKS Asset Management Software, and Project Engineer. Throughout these roles, Bill Kienzle has demonstrated expertise in client-focused solutions, innovative application development for sanitary sewer analysis, and management of comprehensive software projects. Key clients include Orange County Sanitation Districts, Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Authority, and the City of Everett, among others. Bill Kienzle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University.
