Bill Whidden has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at Woolpert since July 2011. Prior to this role, Bill worked at PBS&J for over three decades, advancing to the position of Senior Engineer IV. Bill's academic background includes a Master of Science in Engineering, specializing in Civil Engineering and Environmental Services, obtained from the University of Central Florida between 1972 and 1974.
