David Blackstone

David Blackstone currently serves as the Geospatial Program Director for Government Solutions at Woolpert, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, David held the title of Executive Director at the Ohio Geographically Referenced Information Program from August 2017 to July 2021, where responsibility included the strategic direction of statewide geospatial technologies and fostering collaboration across multiple government levels and sectors. David's extensive experience in geographic information systems began at the Ohio Department of Transportation, where, from November 1990 to August 2017, the role of GIS Manager involved directing the Department's Transportation Information Management area, encompassing GIS, mapping, and roadway inventory operations.
