David DiCesare, P.E. is a Senior Associate and Project Manager IV at Woolpert, where they manage sewer system evaluation studies and water/wastewater contracts. With a strong background in the water industry, David has contributed to technical reporting, data mining, and consent decree compliance. They hold both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron and are a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
