Grant Twilley

Grant Twilley, C.H., CMS-Lidar, serves as the Discipline Leader for Aerial Lidar Bathymetry at Woolpert, where responsibilities include overseeing data acquisition efforts, project staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and providing technical expertise. Prior roles at Woolpert include Hydrographic Team Leader, managing field operations for Bathy Lidar collection, and Hydrographer, focusing on the collection and analysis of bathymetric and topographic data. Previous experience extends to Gahagan and Bryant Associates, Inc. as a Hydrographic Surveyor, collecting and analyzing various sonar and photogrammetry data. Additionally, Grant worked as a GIS Analyst at the Center for Environment and Society, contributing to public outreach and bathymetric analysis projects, and completed an internship in the Washington College GIS lab, conducting crime analysis projects. Grant holds a Master’s degree in Hydrography from the University of Plymouth and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Geographic Information Systems from Washington College.
