Jeff Fruhwirth is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in geographic information systems and natural resource analysis. Currently serving as an Analyst at Woolpert since January 2020, Jeff has previously held positions including Sr. GIS Technician at WEST-Inc and Natural Resource Analyst for the State of Wyoming, where responsibilities included writing discharge permits and managing a water quality program.
