John Etherington

John Etherington is an accomplished project coordinator currently employed at Woolpert since November 2023. Previously, John held significant leadership roles at Australian Spatial Analytics, serving as both Chief Delivery Officer and Digital Engineering Lead from November 2022 to November 2023. Prior to this, John worked at Accenture Australia as a Spatial Business Architect - Manager ANZ for a short period in 2022. John's career also includes positions as Director at InFusion Planning and Infrastructure Coordinator - Development Engineering at Toowoomba Regional Council from 2016 to 2021. Early experience includes working as a Mining Surveyor at Anglo American and as a Scholarship Holder at the Department of Transport and Main Roads. Academically, John is pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management at Griffith University, with previous degrees including a Master of Engineering from UNSW, a Bachelor of Spatial Science from the University of Southern Queensland, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from QUT.
