Jon Downey attended Sinclair Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS). In 2002, they enrolled in Wright State University and graduated in 2006 with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). Throughout their education, their field of study included Computer Science and Management. Additionally, in 2008, they obtained certification as a Certified Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Professional (GISP) from the GIS Certification Institute. Later, in 2013, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
