Judy Beale

Judy Beale is an experienced Project Manager specializing in transportation projects, currently leading efforts for the Virginia Department of Transportation at Woolpert since September 1994. Over the course of their career, Judy has managed more than 100 VDOT projects, including significant megaprojects in Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads, with a focus on geospatial initiatives ranging from intersection improvements to extensive interstate highway enhancements. Prior to this role, Judy gained experience as a Survey Technician at Ward M. Holmes, PC, and Langley & McDonald, where responsibilities included CADD drafting, field surveying, and research. Judy holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Horticulture/Landscape Design from Tidewater Community College, attended from 1994 to 1997, and graduated from Bayside High School in 1978.
