Mark Brooks

Mark Brooks currently serves as Program Director and Vice President at Woolpert, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Past President at MAPPS from July 2021 to September 2023. Mark previously worked as Chief Operating Officer at Optimal Geo, Inc. from February 2016 to September 2023, and as Vice-President of Technology at Magnolia River from December 2011 to February 2016. Mark's earlier experience includes roles as Operations Manager, General Manager, and Vice President at Aeroquest Optimal from November 2000 to December 2011, as well as various positions at John E. Chance from June 1990 to October 2000. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying from Purdue University, completing studies from 1985 to 1990.
