Michael Harding, PLS, is a seasoned professional in the land surveying and project management field with extensive experience since 1990. Currently serving as Project Manager II at Woolpert since March 2015, Michael has previously held positions including Land Use Specialist at La Crosse County and Co-Owner at Coulee Region Land Surveyors. From 1990 to 1998, Michael led the Survey Department at Solberg Geographics. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, completing the program in 1989.
