Thomas Tickner

Thomas Tickner is the Managing Director of Federal Services at Woolpert, where they provide innovative solutions across various sectors. With prior experience as Deputy Commander at the U.S. Army Installation Management Command from 2022 to 2023 and Chief of the Combined Joint Engineer Team in Afghanistan from 2015 to 2016, Thomas has a robust background in leadership within the federal domain. They also held multiple commanding roles at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, including Commanding General from 2020 to 2022. Thomas is pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, and a Master of Science from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.
