Dan was appointed Managing Director of BIG W in November 2022.
Prior to his appointment, Dan held the role of Commercial Director, Merchandising and Customer Value, building out the Group’s customer-led range, price and merchandising capabilities. Before that, he was GM, Customer Transformation and Digital Strategy at WooliesX, responsible for shaping the Group’s digital strategy and transformation.
Before joining Woolworths, Dan was a part of the Retail and Consumer Practice at the Boston Consulting Group in Europe and Australia, advising on strategy and commercial transformation across groceries, general merchandise and apparel.
Dan holds a Master of Management Science, with Honors, from the Vienna University of Business and Economics.
