Ram Dodda has extensive experience in product leadership and consulting within the SuccessFactors and SAP HCM domains. Currently serving as Product Lead for SuccessFactors at Woolworths Group since December 2019, Ram has also held senior consulting roles at Pendragon Consultants and NTT DATA Americas, specializing in functional consultation for SuccessFactors. Prior experience includes a Senior Software Engineer position at Accenture Technology Solutions, as well as a Software Engineer role at Birlasoft (India) Limited. Ram holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from Andhra University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
