Cecil Mitchell

Cecil Mitchell is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Head of Trade for Protein & Dairy at Woolworths since January 1996. Over the years at Woolworths, Cecil has held various key positions, including Trading Head for Protein and Dairy, Category Head for Protein, and Technical Manager for both Dairy and Produce & Horticulture. Prior to joining Woolworths, Cecil worked at Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited from January 1990 to December 1995, where roles included Branch Manager and Quality Assurance Manager in the Italian Cheese Manufacturing division. Cecil holds a B.Sc. Agric (Hons) degree in Food Science from the University of Pretoria, earned between 1983 and 1987.
