Cheryl Scott

Cheryl Scott is a Company Secretary with extensive experience in corporate governance and secretarial roles. They served as the Assistant to the Board Secretary at the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board from 2010 to 2014 and held various positions, including Board Secretariat, Audit Administrator/Statucor Consultant at BDO, and Senior Corporate Secretarial Specialist at Old Mutual South Africa. Most recently, Cheryl worked as a Manager in Company Secretarial at JTC Group from 2022 to 2023. They are currently pursuing a degree in Corporate Governance from The Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa.
