Robert Bainbridge

Robert Bainbridge is an accomplished cybersecurity and IT governance professional with extensive experience in leading security teams and developing innovative IT strategies. Currently serving as the Head of IT, CISO, and GRC at Woolworths since November 2020, Robert focuses on cyber risk management, team capability building, and operational execution to enhance the organization's security and resilience. Previously at JUMO.WORLD, Robert coordinated the information security strategy, and during a lengthy tenure at Investec, managed key functions in information security and IT risk. Robert's career also includes roles in network security engineering and IT auditing across various organizations. Robert holds a Master of Science in Information Technology & Computer Security from the University of Liverpool.
