Ruby Motloheloa

Ruby Motloheloa is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the HR Head of Talent Management & Development at Woolworths since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ruby held positions including Head of HR: Sales at HEINEKEN Beverages and Head of HR Southern Africa at Distell, where responsibilities also included serving as Global Lead for Leadership and Learning. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Leadership Development at Tiger Brands, where Ruby designed and implemented leadership development frameworks, and earlier roles in human resources development at MultiChoice Group. Ruby holds a Diploma in Integral Coaching Practice from The Coaching Centre and an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology from North-West University.
