Rick Jansen

Rick Jansen is an experienced vastgoedontwikkelaar currently working at Woonin since January 2022. Prior to this, Rick held the position of vastgoedadviseur at Gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch from July 2016 to January 2022, managing the municipal real estate portfolio, which includes various property types such as welfare, education, culture, and commercial assets. Rick's background also includes working as vastgoedmanager winkels at Sweco Nederland from January 2014 to July 2016, focusing on retail property and asset management, as well as advising on commercial management.
