Austin Johnson

Austin Johnson has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a CS Escalation Specialist at Woot, Inc. since January 2017, where responsibilities include communication with vendors and assessing customer needs for satisfaction. Prior to this role, Austin worked at Fastenal Company as a Unit Load Picker, generating significant productivity and reporting system errors. Experience also includes serving as Operations Supervisor at Kohl's, managing sales associates and merchandise logistics, and leading a team at Yogurtville, where Austin was involved in employee training and store maintenance.
