Wayne Bates is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive expertise in environmental health and safety services, particularly focusing on water and wastewater treatment technologies. Currently serving as Vice President and Principal Engineer at Tighe & Bond since March 2016, Wayne is dedicated to expanding the firm's services in eastern Massachusetts. Additionally, Wayne holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, teaching graduate courses in Green Engineering and Industrial Water Treatment.
