Worcester Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm backing founders with bold visions — and the grit to turn them into enduring companies.

We invest at the earliest stages — pre-seed and seed — across proptech, fintech, and the future of work, partnering with teams from first institutional capital onward.

Anchored by Worcester Investments, an entrepreneur-led diversified operational platform, we actively partner with founders in the formative stages to build durable, category-defining businesses.
