Kat Gridley

Kat Gridley currently serves as the Strategy Director and Managing Partner at Wordbird since January 2021. Prior to this role, Kat held various positions at CDM London from July 2017 to January 2021, including Senior Account Director and Account Director. At Hall & Partners, from June 2011 to July 2017, Kat progressed from Account Executive to Account Director. Earlier experience includes an internship at Spencer du Bois and a Corporate Partnerships internship at Merlin. Kat Gridley holds an MA in Brand Development from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BA in Fine Art from the University of Leeds.
