The WÖRK app offers an innovative, AI-powered platform with which we create transparency between young people and companies. Companies use our platform to provide authentic job insights and thus unique career guidance – in return, they receive the valuable and highly competitive attention of their target audience. In this way, we transform the candidate journey into a true employer brand experience. During app use, our AI determines users' individual personality profiles and, through unique employer matching, connects potential applicants with suitable employers. WÖRK was founded in Heidelberg in the summer of 2021 by Sebastian Stark, Dan Seiler, Daniel Defiebre, and Dr. Panagiotis Germanakos. Our goal: to support young people on their path to a secure, happy, and profitable professional future. Our company is supported by, among others, the EXIST Founder's Scholarship (BMWK), the Innovation Program for Business Models and Pioneering Solutions (BMWK), and the Ferry Porsche Foundation.
