Andy Hatch

Andy Hatch is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Work & Co since June 2018, where previous roles included Associate Director and Product Management Lead. Prior to Work & Co, Andy held positions at R/GA as Executive Producer and Senior Producer, leading teams on digital product and experience design projects, while also managing client relationships and project scoping. Additional experience includes a contract role as Product Producer at Facebook, freelance consulting at Google Creative Lab, and significant roles at Droga5, where Andy managed digital campaigns and project execution for major clients. Andy's early career involved interactive development and technical consulting for various agencies, complemented by a BA in Studio Art focusing on Graphic Design from Principia College.
