Pearson Cunningham

Pearson Cunningham is a multidisciplinary designer with 13 years of experience, currently serving as a Senior Design Lead at Work & Co since 2025. Previously, Pearson was the VP of Design at Lolli, where they played a crucial role in scaling the brand and product design, achieving significant user engagement and recognition from Fast Company. They also co-founded Cosmic, contributing to the product design that attracted venture investment and led to the company's acquisition by PopSugar.
