Stefan Lazin

Stefan Lazin is the current Operations Director at Work & Co. Stefan has over ten years of experience in leadership positions in the sales and IT industries.

Stefan began their career as a Sales Consulting Manager at Zepter International in 2013. In this role, they were responsible for training and supervising new employees, as well as direct selling and client experience.

In September 2014, Stefan became the Executive Director of Operations at Null Object, a newborn IT company. In this role, they were responsible for setting up the company and ensuring that all employees were highly satisfied. Stefan successfully ran Null Object until October 2016.

In their current role as Operations Director at Work & Co, Stefan is responsible for leading a team of designers, developers, and strategists who work together to create digital products and services for clients. Stefan is passionate about their work and is always looking for ways to improve the company and the products they create.

Stefan Lazin attended the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences and Third Belgrade Gymnasium. Stefan holds certifications from Fon-ov centar za razvoj karijere, Leadership Development Consultancy, Creative Office, and FONIS. In addition, they have participated in the World Debate Institute and Estiem LG Belgrade.
