Nikki Staab

Nikki Staab is an experienced professional in the fitness and health industry, currently serving as Regional Manager, Program Manager, and Exercise Physiologist at Work-Fit since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nikki owned and operated Fitness for Life, a boutique personal training studio for women, from November 2003 to August 2023, recognized for its non-traditional approach to fitness. Nikki also held positions as Store Manager at The Fitness Shop from November 2001 to October 2004 and as an International Specialist at Navigant International from October 2000 to September 2001. Educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Walla Walla Community College, with additional studies at Gonzaga University.
