At Work Happy, we are on a mission to create mentally and emotionally healthy workplaces – to empower your employees to be their best and most productive selves. Grievances, work-related suicide, vicarious trauma and bullying claims are increasing. Our personalised programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of your business with a proactive approach that goes beyond surface intervention and simple box checking.

Our Culture & Wellbeing Programs take a practical, partnered and preventative approach, delivering sustainable results through emotional intelligence diagnostics, coaching, workshops, and interactive activities that position your company as a workplace of choice – something people want to be a part of.

The bespoke Boost EAP programs looks at the depth of wellbeing. Using a holistic, positive and proactive approach we go beyond mere bandaid solutions. Through one-to-one clinical sessions, workshops, and online support we uncover, identify and resolve barriers to workplace happiness, reducing psychological declarations and allegations and ensuring your staff do more than survive, but actually thrive.

We also offer Career Transition services to help employees navigate the challenges of changing careers. Our model differs from others - as clinicians our team are trained in practical advice while also recognising and addressing the psychological impact of change.

If you're ready to create a workplace where people feel safe, happy, and cared for, reach out. Together, we can empower your employees to maintain and retain their wellbeing, all while reducing workplace conflict and meeting emerging legislation around the responsibility of psychological safety.
