Work Impact is a specialist advisory practice helping organisations identify, assess, control and govern psychosocial risks through practical, evidence based solutions.

We partner with organisations to build psychologically healthy workplaces by integrating psychosocial risk management into existing work systems, governance frameworks and WHS management systems. Our approach focuses on the way work is designed, organised and managed, recognising that sustainable improvements come from addressing organisational risk factors rather than relying solely on awareness campaigns or wellbeing initiatives.

Our services include:

• Psychosocial Risk Assessments
• Psychosocial Hazard Identification
• Risk Control Planning and Implementation
• WHS Management System Integration
• ISO 45003 Gap Assessments
• Governance and Assurance Reviews
• WHS Audits and Advisory Services

Every engagement is tailored to the organisation's operational context, workforce and objectives. We work collaboratively with leaders, managers and workers to identify meaningful opportunities for improvement and develop practical solutions that can be embedded into everyday operations.

Whether your organisation is beginning its psychosocial risk management journey, responding to legislative requirements, or seeking to strengthen an existing WHS management system, Work Impact provides practical guidance that supports both compliance and long term organisational performance.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, we support organisations across Australia across a range of industries, including mining, construction, engineering, manufacturing, professional services and government.

At Work Impact, we believe effective psychosocial risk management is not about adding more processes. It is about designing better work, strengthening governance and creating systems that support both people and organisational performance.
