Work in Culture provides professional assistance and development opportunities to individuals and organizations involved in the arts and cultural sector. Our mission is to advance the careers of artists, creatives, and cultural workers from diverse lived experiences, and support the organizations that engage them, through entrepreneurial and business skills development and innovative research.

◾ Our Job Board is one of the most heavily visited work opportunity hubs in the sector - 100,000+ visitors/month - with specific focus on matching prospective employers with creative professionals that deliver their ideal requirements and experience.

◾ We connect and collaborate with other arts and culture organizations and professionals to deliver affordable, professional development and business programs to the creative community through face-to-face training, webinars, eLearning courses through our website and unique and tailored mentoring relationships in your specific industry.

◾ We leverage our professional, provincial and federal networks to create original, thought provoking research. This detailed research is designed in conjunction with other leaders in the sector, covering topics that are specific and critical to intelligent, informed thought leadership.

◾ We proactively curate information - research, links, tips, and resources - that we feel is relevant and valuable to our audiences.
